The Headless Loon is a hideaway, much like Boo Radley or Bette Midler. His head was won from him in a custody battle with his mother, who felt that she would be a better role model for it. He has lived in a basement flat which is a carpeted marshland with ducks and other wildlife living in it. ”What are YOU looking at?” he sometimes asks the ginea fowl. They look perplexed as you can imagine. The Headless Loon spends his days worrying about things that may never happen, drawing cartoons and writing songs and also working for the man.
